Since he is so deranged, he doesn’t care about Iris or anyone else in his life.” And now he is back to kill Barry and everyone he loves. He travels throughout multiverse and battles other speedsters to prepare for his battle with Barry. He takes on the name of Savitar, to give him that feeling of power as the future Savitar had. He does, however, know about the philosopher’s stone and uses that to regain his speed. As a result, he’ll seek revenge against Barry to recover from his ordeal trapped in “eternity.” Here’s more about what the redditor lays out: “He then realizes that he will need his speed to kill Barry but there is no particle accelerator in the era in which he is in (ancient times). Extracting himself from it will cost his sanity. Here’s what one fan on Reddit suggests: While seeking to defeat Savitar, Wally will get trapped in the speed force the way Barry did in Crisis on Infinite Earths. The death will be Iris while the turncoat will be Caitlin Snow.

In the mid season finale, Savitar told Barry that one Team Flash member will become a turncoat, one will bite it, and one will have a fate “worse than death.” While that initially sounds dubious, here’s why it makes sense. The theory posits that Kid Flash will become Savitar in the future, betraying the team and killing his sister Iris. But, according to one fan theory, it’s none other than Wally West. Various fan theories have offered suggestions ranging from H.R. It would be especially tragic for Kid Flash to turn against everyone close to him after he’s achieved his dream - and he might be difficult for even Barry to deal with since it’s been established that he’s further along with his speed than Barry was at a similar point.Season 3 of The CW’s The Flash has an intriguing monster speedster named Savitar with a secret identity this season. We don’t know what Savitar is capable of once he gets his hooks in someone, though we have seen that his control of Julian Albert was near total earlier in the season. It’s just that he might not have any choice. He certainly wouldn’t sell out a group that includes his dad, his sister, his mentor and now his girlfriend. The safe guess would be Caitlin Snow, unable to overcome her Killer Frost demon. It’s also worth remembering that Savitar predicted someone from the team would turn on the others. Wally has visions of Savitar while training with Barry, but he hides them from the team.

He got his speed after being encased in one of Savitar and Alchemy’s weird cocoons, a method that the villains have used to grant powers to other people based on their counterparts from the Flashpoint timeline. Labs crew seem to have forgotten that Wally didn’t receive his connection to the Speed Force naturally. He was able to go between it and the real world any time he chose and was able to beat everyone from Barry Allen to Jay Garrick easily. Honestly, if he remained in the Speed Force, he would be the fastest being alive. The problem is, even the usually astute minds of the S.T.A.R. Savitar is very close to being on the top of the list of the fastest speedsters on The Flash. Barry Allen has tutored him in the use of his super-speed, originally in the hopes that Wally could be the one to defeat Savitar and save the life of his sister, Iris West. Wells supplying him with confidence and guidance to get him up to speed, no pun intended. There’s no denying that Wally has become an important part of Team Flash, with H.R. Naming himself after the Hindu god of speed, Savitar had the unique ability to sap the speed of others - though his nemesis Wally West was immune to this effect.
